First we fly to Auckland, stopping off in Singapore for two nights on the way. We'll hire a car and then head off to explore North Island. Here's a map of our planned itinerary in North Island. Our North Island travels end in Wellington, from where we take the ferry across to South Island. Here's a map of our planned itinerary for South Island. Our tour ends in Christchurch, from where we fly home, stopping off in Hong Kong on the way.
This is cheating slightly, since we don't have any snow at the moment. It's Findon Moor looking pretty in last winter's snow. Hopefully if/when it looks like this again this year, we'll be enjoying warmth and sunshine in the Antipodes.
